* The blooming room is offering free standard shipping on $129+ U.S. orders.

* Please note, free shipping is applied after any discounts have been submitted and your subtotal remains above $129
* Most orders are having 1-3 days of processing time and will be delivered within 2-7 business days after processing time using USPS priority mail and UPS service.
* We process and ship our all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays.
* Once you order has shipped, you will receive a tracking information through your email.
* We will try and get your order out as soon as we can. This means we only have a small window of time where we can make any changes to your order before it is set aside for shipping.

* Our policy lasts 30 days of receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in a new condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
* Please put a note reason for your return.
* You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
* Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
* If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
* You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
* We are not responsible for lost packages. (we are not responsible after the shipment is delivered)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com with your full name, phone number, and an image of the damaged item. We'll be happy to help you!
